Urgent Prayer Request from the McCrackens

URGENT Prayer Request

In the past we have mentioned a couple (Michelle and Jereby) who were experiencing a lot of demonic manifestations and spiritual warfare. They are new believers who were baptized at our church earlier this year. We have continued to regularly spend time together in the Word and in prayer, and I have been encouraged to see their growth in Jesus. Yesterday, Michelle was diagnosed with Stage 3 throat cancer. Today she lost her job. Thank you for bombarding the Throne Room with intercessory prayer on their behalf. The surgery is scheduled for Friday Sept. 9th.

While I have you here, let me briefly mention three short things:

1. Our mission team to The Oasis in Austria happens Sept 14th to Oct 1st.

2. We are holding our annual Block Party on Sep 10th

3. I meant to attach with our last update a short (82-page) autobiography of my good friend (and the Executive Director of Helping Hands in Athens for many years until he retired 2 years ago) Nikos Stefanidis. The book is interesting, inspiring, and has great photos and faith-building stories (including some that include me.)
